The Uinta County Commissioners met in regular session on June 7, 2022 in the commission chambers, 225 9th Street, Evanston. Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Mark Anderson and Commissioner Brent Hatch were present. Also present: Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk; and Doug Matthews, Sheriff.
Motion Hatch, second Anderson to approve the agenda amended to include Aaron Hutchinson with a contract, McKenna Brinton with a contract, and to remove the Parking Structure topic. 3 yes votes, passed.
Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve a lease for Fort Bridger Airport Hangar #6 with CLB Trucking for $336.00 per quarter. 3 yes votes, passed.
Maternal and Child Health MOU
Motion Hatch, second Anderson to approve a MOU with the Wyoming Department of Health MCH Division for up to $198,200 to assist the county in providing maternal and child health services as presented by Callie Perkins, Public Health Nurse. 3 yes votes, passed.

The official record of proceedings of the first regular meeting of the Evanston City Council for the month of June was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the above date. These proceedings were video recorded and streamed live.
Council member Welling led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Kent Williams called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed everyone present.
Those present from the governing body at the start of the meeting were: Mayor Williams; Council members Tim Lynch, Tib Ottley, Evan Perkes, David Welling, Mike Sellers and Mikal Welling.
Staff members present at the start of the meeting were: City Attorney, Dennis Boal; City Treasurer, Trudy Lym; City Clerk, Diane Harris; Police Chief, Mike Vranish; ; Director of Engineering and Planning, Dean Barker; Public Works Director, Gordon Robinson; and Community Development Director, Rocco O’Neill; Information Technology Coordinator, Preston Sheets and Parks and Recreation Manager, Kim Larson. Director of Parks and Recreation, Scott Ehlers was excused.

The governing body of the City of Evanston will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2022-2023. The proposed budget consists of revenue, expenditures, and setting fees for city services. This meeting will begin at 5:30 pm on June 21, 2022, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming.
After the public hearing, a proposed resolution to approve the annual budget for fiscal year 2022-2023 will be presented to the governing body of the City of Evanston for approval.
Citizens interested are welcome to attend and participate in this budget hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO DESTROY
The Special Education Services Department of Uinta County School District Number One will be destroying special education records by shredding them for those students who have gained inactive special education status by December 2014. These files would include students who have attained a diploma, received a certificate of attendance, were dismissed from special services, or have exited the district before December 2014.
Anyone wishing to obtain these confidential records must call Uinta County School District #1 Special Education Services at 307-789-7571 by July 21,2022.

Evanston-Uinta County Airport Joint Powers Board
The Evanston-Uinta County Airport will have a special budget meeting on June 21 at 11:30am in the commission chambers to finalize budget for the airport for FY 2022/2023.
The Uinta County Fire and Ambulance Joint Powers Board will hold a public hearing on Monday June 27th, 2022, 7PM, Evanston Fire Station #1, 1136 Front Street for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget. Everyone is invited to attend.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of March 2022, GDCS, LLC., Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Circuit Court of the Third Judicial District, in and for Uinta County, Wyoming, praying for an order or decree from said Court for forcible entry and detainer of certain real property located in Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: 105 Westview Court, Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming.
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to be and appear before the Circuit Court, Third Judicial District, in and for Uinta County, Wyoming, on the 27TH day of June, 2022, at 3:00 o’clock P.M., then and there answer and defend against the Complaint of GDCS, LLC., for forcible entry and detainer made by the said Raymond Dement and all other occupants upon the lands of the Plaintiff, as will more fully appear in the Complaint served herewith, and that you are notified that if you fail to so appear and defend that said relief sought will be taken against you
